DAYLIGHT IMPACT

As with any development, there have been concerns about the effects of the new buildings proposed for St Nicholas. One such issue has been the impact that the new buildings will have on the daylight that comes through to current residents’ houses and gardens. Knightsbridge has reacted to feedback from the local community by commissioning a solar survey and photomontage. These studies were undertaken by independent consultants, Soluis & MVM Scotland, and both demonstrate that the new buildings do not have a detrimental impact on the amenity of the residents or indeed the area.
