WELCOME AND THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LEARN MORE ABOUT OUR PROPOSALS FOR ABBEY PARK.

Abbey Park is an exciting new project in the heart of St Andrews - breathing new life into a neglected site.

With historic buildings being returned to their former glory and sympathetic new apartments and townhouses arranged to the original layout of the site, Abbey Park will reinvigorate the St Leonards area of St Andrews.

As the only significant brownfield site within the heart of St Andrews, Abbey Park is perfectly placed to provide much needed housing in the historic Royal Burgh.

Placing homes within easy reach of the town centre, Abbey Park will also provide affordable housing, in a green and sustainable setting. Also, the sympathetic restoration of St Nicholas House includes the renovation and conversion of the historic B-Listed building into living accommodation.

Knightsbridge worked closely with the local community and stakeholders to ensure that the development blends well with the existing environment, and in November 2011 Fife Council gave approval for the development of around 191 new homes.
